My counseling approach is electric and person centered. I believe all behavior is purposeful; and sometimes discovering why we behave the way we do can provide insight to our current struggles. I love to hear your experiences and stories so we can make sense of where you are and where you eventually want to go. When we deal with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief, or life transitions, we all are stuck in our stories. But we can be aware and empowered to change the narratives we feel so stuck in.
When it comes to cousneling for women struggling with Endometriosis (endo) and Adenomyosis (adeno), my approach is a bit more personal. Being a woman who suffers from both diseases, I know first hand how devastating these disease can be to the client themselves, their relationships career and dreams. I share my experiential expertise with women who feel lost and hurt by the very system that promised to do them no harm. I also offering a support group for this population so we can support each other and learn from each other.
